SAN ANGELO-- Arrest Blotter: Sunday, September 24 – Monday, September 25, 2017. (Some arrest information withheld due to ongoing investigations. This list does not include PR Bonds, arrest/transports to Municipal Court, or Narcotics arrests.)

ANDRADE, MISTY ANNETTE- age 26 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS Monday after Police were dispatched to the Stripes at 802 E. 19th Street for the report of an unwanted subject who refused to leave the store.

BALDERAS, RICARDO EMETERIO- age 24 was arrested for UNL CARRYING WEAPON, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, and POSS DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA during a traffic stop near S. Monroe and W. Concho. Passenger ESPARZA, LEE-age 24 was arrested for warrants.

BLOISE, JON MICHAEL- age 30 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEMBER Sunday following a domestic violence investigation in the 100 block of Las Lomas Drive.

BONNER, ROBERT- age 33 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS Monday after Police were dispatched to the Food King on S. Main Street for the report of an unwanted subject with a previous criminal trespass warning.

BRISENO, JOHNATHAN RAY- age 22 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS Monday after Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Magdalen for the report of a theft and unwanted subject.

CAPEHART, DEVIN JAMES- age 30 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION Sunday after Police were dispatched to the Motel 6 on N. Bryant Blvd. for the report of theft of service (Cab). Capehart was issued a citation for THEFT OF SERVICE <$100.

ESPINOZA, NANCY- age 42 and SILVA, JAMES- age 60 were arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 Sunday following a theft investigation at the Walmart on W. 29th Street. The pair was recorded on camera mixing non-scanned items with some scanned items at the self- checkout lane. Both were issued criminal trespass warnings from all Walmart property.

FRANCIS, BRIANNA MONIQUE- age 24 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS and 9 warrants Sunday after Police were dispatched to the Amethyst Hookah Lounge, 1634 S. Chadbourne, for the report of a possible fight and unwanted subject. Francis was issued a criminal trespass warning and agreed to leave the property. Francis returned approximately 40 minutes later and Police were called back out.

GONZALEZ, JOSHUA PHILLIPE- age 22 was a arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE Sunday following a recovered stolen vehicle investigation in the 700 block of E. 21st Street. RICHARDSON, BRADY GLEN- age 22 was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS 5<10, POSS DANGEROUS DRUG X2 during the investigation. Police also recovered several pieces of stolen property linked to multiple burglaries.

HERNANDEZ, ASHLEY NICOLE- age 23 was arrested for DRIVE WHILE LICENSE INVALID ENH and FAIL TO MAINTAIN FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Sunday during a traffic stop in the unit block of N. Bell Street.

HERNANDEZ, TONY- age 41 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS and HERRERA, MONICA STELLA AKA RUBIO- age 38 was arrested for a warrant Monday following a theft investigation at the Walmart on W. 29th Street. Both were issued a citation for THEFT PROP <$100.

MARSHALL, LATHANIEL- age 40 was arrested for ARSON Sunday after Police were dispatched to the 200 block of W. 8th Street for the report of a structure fire. Further investigation revealed Marshall set a neighbor’s vehicle on fire. Marshall was located at his residence in the 200 block of W. 8th. Fire Marshals responded.

OJEDA, MICHAEL- age 40 was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE, DRIVE WHILE LICENSE INVALID ENH, and REGISTRATION - WRONG VEHICLE (FICTITIOUS) Sunday following a traffic stop near the 4300 block of N. U.S. HWY 67.

POST, JESSIE- age 56 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION Sunday following a crash investigation in the 5700 block of Knickerbocker Road.

REED, SCHUYLOR NICHOLE AKA MURPHY- age 33 was arrested for INTERFER W/PUBLIC DUTIES Monday during a civil standby at a residence in the 2100 block of Wilson Street.

REEL, CASEY RAYE- age 19 was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE Sunday following a stolen vehicle investigation in the 3900 block of Bowie Street. Reel and the stolen vehicle were located by Police at the Boulevard Apartments, 6133 Sherwood Way.

SANCHEZ, JOE III- age 18 was arrested for POSS CS PG 3 < 28G Monday during a traffic stop in the 4200 block of S. Bryant Blvd.

JUVENILE, FEMALE- age 13 was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION Sunday. The juvenile was reported as a runaway earlier in the day and later located at a residence in the 300 block of E. 41st. The juvenile attempted to evade the Officer but was apprehended without incident.

JUVENILE, FEMALES- age 13 and 14 were arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, INTERFER W/PUBLIC DUTIES Monday after Police responded to the report of an unwanted subject at the Carver Learning Center, 301 W. 9th. One suspended juvenile was told to leave but she refused. The other threatened to assault Officers with a chair if they tried to remove the other female. Both females charged Officers and resisted their arrests.
