SAN ANGELO – Husband and wife, Albert and Jessica Garcia, tag-teamed as business owners as they officially opened the doors to their business at 7 a.m. today, April 24, to welcome customers to Redefined Nutrition.

Later that afternoon, Redefined Nutrition was welcomed by the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce and the Concho Cadre as its newest member for a 2:30 p.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Redefined Nutrition’s shake menu listed 20 healthy protein shakes, for breakfast or lunch, ranging from Caramel Macchiato to Banana Caramel, Ooh LaLa, etc.

“We also offer energy tea and other supplements that get you to feeling good,” said Jessica.

Albert and Jessica are also Herbalife Nutrition club members.

Conexión asked Jessica how the name of the business came about.

“I personally lost 56 pounds and three feet off of my body with this product,” Jessica said. “Once I saw that I was capable of redefining myself that’s when we came up with the name.” “. . . you have the ability to redefine yourself.” “God has given us that freedom of choice to redefine ourselves,” she concluded.

For those interested in free Zumba workouts, Jessica’s cousin, Jeneva, teaches it on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. outside the business parking lot. The square footage on the business is 1200 feet.

Redefined, which is located at 1951 W. Beauregard, is open from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
