As for a smorgasbord of food, there’s: Tacos, burgers, bar-b-que, Asian style, kettle corn, Philly Cheese Steak, German sausage, snow cones, shaved ice,  ice cream vendors, etc.

And, there will be fun activities for the kids, such as bouncy houses; there will be a dollar admission for labor costs. SAPD Crime Prevention will be on site to do children’s finger printing.

Flores mentioned that there are 16 sponsors with free door prizes being offered such as gift certificates from Los Panchitos, Starbucks, Cricket Wireless with mobile Bluetooth speakers, Palate Pleasers and Schlitterbahn tickets.

“The Truck Festival is for families to come out and have a good time, with activities for the kids to go along with it,” concluded Flores.
