SAN ANGELO-- On Saturday, October 14, 2017, the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts will host its 11th Annual Eco Fair Family Day. West Texans have long recognized the need to conserve our resources; we are a people who live close to our environment—Eco Fair is a celebration of our local environment and economy.

During Eco Fair visitors can learn about SAMFA’s water education program, Aqua Squad, see recycled artwork created by Santa Rita Elementary 5th graders, and explore other environmentally conscious groups in San Angelo. Angelo State University students will be leading programs about natural history specimens and more.

Eco Fair is also a chance to explore one of San Angelo’s most valuable resources: the Concho River. Join students from Ft. Concho Elementary to help clean up litter along the Concho River from 10 am to 12.
