SAN ANGELO – The 19th Annual Junior Leadership Forum, is scheduled for Tuesday, January 23 and will be held at Angelo State University in the C.J. Davidson Center from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

JLF is hosted by Leadership San Angelo Alumni Association for high school sophomores. LSAAA invites all of the Concho Valley high schools to select a number of sophomores to attend this all-day event.  

The moderator of this year’s event is Jody Holland from Amarillo, Texas. Holland, a graduate of Angelo State University with a B.A. in Communications, is a “Educator, Motivator, and Entertainer” and has written 18 books; he has also been a keynote speaker more than 250 times at several different kinds of events.  Jody works with organizations of all sizes to fix employees challenges, improve morale, and reduce turnover.  He also has received specialized certifications in team-building, leadership, management, fundraising, and conflict management.  

During the lunch hour, the students will get a unique experience by hearing from over a dozen local community leaders.
