SAN ANGELO–Tonight's District 2-6A game between Central High School vs. Frenship has a little bit more special meaning. Other than it being a game that Central would like to add in the win column, for Coach Brent Davis, he will be facing his brother, Brad's Tigers in a head-to-head coaching/team match-up.

While both coaches have faced other other at various other times, this will actually be the first time they are in the same district.
As for who leads the series of brother vs brother's team of won-losses record, Coach Brent has a 2-0-1 against Brad.

The Bobcats (6-0, 2-0 in district) enter tonight's 7:30 p.m. kick-off from San Angelo Stadium, ranked NO. 7. The Tigers (3-4, 1-2 district) on the other hand need to desperately win to have any chance of staying in the hunt for a district title.

Central High is coming off a 35-21 convincing win against Midland Lee last week on the road; meanwhile the Tigers were on the flip-side of the loss column as Frenship was barely beaten by Amarillo Tascosa, 34-27.

One thing's for sure, one Davis team is coming away with a win tonight.
