Del Rio, Texas – Roland Andrade was born and raised in Del Rio he graduated from Del Rio High in 1981. He later earned a Bachelor of Business degree with three degrees from the University of Texas, at Austin. In 1988 he earned his law degree from and was licensed and opened his own private practice.


Conexion Del Rio asked Mr. Andrade what inspired him to make a career in law.

“I was influenced by my father to start my career in Law because he saw that people need help and there wasn’t anyone that could help” he said.


Mr. Andrade has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal courts. He has also served as volunteer in his community. He serves as a board member in various organizations.

Currently, Mr. Roland Andrade is promoting his political campaign to represent the 63rd Judicial District that covers 3 border counties; Kinney, Valverde, and Terrell. They key to border security is a justice system that works for the people who live under the system.


“I am committed to efficient court dockets, fair hearings, and to upholding the rule of law over special interests. That’s why I’m running as a Republican. That’s why I’m running to be your judge. But I need your VOTE.


I need donations from regular folks and not the special interests seeking access to the courts. I need you to vote, and once elected I need you to appear when summoned to serve on juries. I need you to speak out and be active citizens. Together we can make a difference.

If I am elected, I will administer justice in a manner that is fair.
